Satchel Buck Jones -- named after a baseball player and not to be confused with a bag -- is a freelance casting associate based in New York City. After graduating with a B.F.A in Theatre Arts & Creative Writing from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA, Satchel took two weeks to collect his things before he promptly packed up his life and left the Midwest for NYC. Upon arriving, he fell into the world of talent representation and worked for nearly three years in the commercial Voice-Over Department at CESD Talent Agency. Having loved working one-on-one with actors but wanting to focus more on television, theatre, and film, he made the jump into casting assisting legendary Casting Director, Ellen Lewis. Fast-forward nearly four years later and he's worked with the likes of Allison Estrin & Henry Russell Bergstein of Estrin/Bergstein Casting, and most recently wrapped the new series "The First Wives Club" for BET with Cody Beke.
Janine is currently working as an instructor and talent scout/consultant, bringing over 25 years of experience in the television commercials/commercial print industry. It is her passion to teach actors about the commercials side of the entertainment industry…what she calls the fun side.
