Class Size/Rescheduling: Due to the intimate size of our Intensive and Core classes, we occasionally have to push class to the following month. We accommodate our actors as best we can when this happens as it's our goal to maintain the intimate siezes of class. ***There are no refunds, credits or exchanges.

Once you sign up for a class and make your payment, if a spot becomes available in an earlier class, we offer those spots to our students who have paid in full first.
For the Intensive and CORE classes, be sure and email us at: 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR FIRST CLASS FOR A FULL REFUND. If it is not 48 hours of your first day of class your refund will be forfeited.
FOR ONGOING AND AUDITION GYM: I understand and agree that this agreement is a month to month agreement. Except as otherwise noted, this agreement will remain active unless I choose to pause my agreement by emailing the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the 20th of the month. There are no refunds, credits or exchanges.
KIDS CLASS Due to the intimate size of kids/teen classes we do not offer exachanges/credits/refunds. Our kids/teen program is a 12 week program commitment. We do not offer make up classes for our kids/teen program, credit, refund or exchanges due to bookings, auditions or illness. By signing up and paying online you agree to the terms and conditions set forth. ***We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges.

You are responsible for the coaching time booked with the studio. If you need to make changes to your coaching time it must be done via email to: 24 hours in advance or you forfeit your payment. If for any reason MMAS reschedules your coaching time and you are unable to make that given time, you will receive a refund minus a $2.75 processing fee via pay pal.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Public transportation must be running and available via Metro North, MTA etc in order to hold all scheduled classes unless otherwise noted. It is our policy to put safety the of our actors and staff first and foremost We do not issue weather related refunds nor do we hold make-up class due to weather-related cancellations.
On occasion, your scheduled teacher may be unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. On these occasions, we do our best at MMAS to pair the right substitute teacher with whom class will respond to best. We do not honor refunds/make-up classes that are taught by substitute teachers.
You have 60 days to do a make-up class.
You must be currently enrolled in a class to do make-ups.
Make-ups are granted THE DAY OF THE CLASS YOU WANT TO MAKE UP IN!
If you would like to do a make-up you must email prior to the class you want to make up in. Meaning, you must email THE DAY OF THE CLASS as that's the only way we know if there will be room due to illness, work or god knows what else.
To guarantee a spot in Intensive and CORE classes, a $100 deposit is required if you do not pay in full. Your $100 deposit will go towards your payment for that class. You agree to forfeit your deposit if you do not enroll in class within 6 months of initial deposit.
There are no refunds or credit for workshops. Taking a workshop does not guarantee you will be called in or given a job. They are for educational purposes only.
If a guest cancels the workshop, credit will be given for the same guest at a new date.
While we do tape your in class work sometimes technical difficulties do occur which means you may not receive a video for that particular class. We do try our best to get your class links to you in a timely manner, yet we are not to be held responsible for an occurrences that may impede our ability to do so. Your in class videos are provided as a courtesy, and strictly to be used as an educational tool, not for posting on social, your personal website or any social media including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Vimeo etc.
I hereby give permission for my image/photograph and comments to be used by MMAS, without restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes, including social media. I waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs or comments that may be used now or in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me. I acknowledge my understanding that I will receive no compensation arising from the use of the photographs or comments."

I agree to release MMAS, its employees, owners, and agents, from all liability for injury, property loss, and damages of any type resulting from participation in acting classes and activities at the studio and off-site, or that are related in any way to use of the studio or participation in any class-related activity, including all liability that results from the negligence of MMAS employees, owners, or agents.

I understand and agree that I will automatically charged on the 27th of every month for ongoing classes. If I'd like to pause my membership, I will email the studio at by the 20th of the month to let them know I’m taking a break for the following month.
